KYOCERA ATTENDS THE MOBILE LIFE TOUR 2013

KYOCERA Document Solutions, one of the world’s leading document solutions companies, is joining the Mobile Life Tour as a Platinum Sponsor. This event for IT decision makers focuses on mobile security, mobile strategies and technologies. KYOCERA will showcase its portfolio of scalable, manageable hardware and software solutions that meet the needs of businesses in and out of the office with complete security.

The Mobile Life Tour visits 26 European countries and South Africa from September to October 2013. 2.000 IT decision makers will discuss the challenges and opportunities that the explosion of mobile adoption has generated. Attendees will see solutions at work and hear a keynote speech from KYOCERA about integrated mobile printing & scanning solutions.

KYOCERA’s approach helps customers achieve cost optimization whilst improving document security – making sure businesses are more efficient and have lower costs.

KYOCERA embraces a variety of software, hardware and solutions that meet the challenges of a modern office, where mobility is a requirement and more work is done on the move. Staff bring in the own devices – multi location, hot-desking and working from home are common – all demanding a more flexible approach to how, where and when data is accessed, printed and scanned.

In the office, fleets are managed centrally and network security management is simple with user authentication via ID card or a PIN, allowing users to pull prints from a secure server only when they are ready.

On the move, when safe printing, scanning and network access are especially important, security is also simplified with secure protocols in dedicated networks. Scanning to a mobile device has never been easier – simply scan using any supported Kyocera MFP to your mobile device for storage, access anywhere or attachment to email.

"Mobile printing is here to stay, and the challenge of ensuring your business is protected is something that we take very seriously," explains Oliver Kreth, General Manager European Marketing, KYOCERA. "We will demonstrate to IT professionals how an effective mobile strategy can be put in place easily and efficiently, ensuring security is simple for employees in and out of the office."
